SERVICE TERMS

Transparency is key. Here are the standard conditions that apply to our service calls.

MINIMUM CHARGE

All hourly services are subject to a standard 2-hour minimum charge. This covers dispatch, travel time, and initial setup.

FUEL SURCHARGE

An 18% fuel surcharge applies to all invoices. This fluctuates based on current market diesel prices.

STANDBY TIME

Standby time caused by police investigations or cargo transfer delays is billed at 75% of the hourly truck rate.

SCENE CONDITIONS

Base rates may increase for complex recoveries involving hazardous materials, severe weather, or off-road extraction.
